If you’re since 10 years in the house music business you seen almost all the ugly faces of the biz, but Swiss based DANIEL PORTMAN is still standing strong, delivering one after an other. The talented DJ and producer started off in 2007 with his first release on his own imprint “Unreleased Digital”. Ever since Daniel made himself a name by releasing top notch progressive house music and from 2012 on he discovered the melbourne minimal house music that brought him the name “Minimal King”.
This 3 track EP is the best example of Daniel’s versatile production talent.
We’re kicking off the EP with READ MY LIPS: An amazing peak hour club track, that teases with such greatness that no crowd will resist. That’s a sure party weapon!
In collaboration with his long time friend PASSENGER 10 the second track GALACTICA takes an epic techno direction with a dramatic progressive house arpeggio melody hauling throughout the track and some straight forward tech beats.
HIGHER is the third track on the EP and takes a more techier direction. From the funky beat patterns, surrounded by the acid baseline and to the uplifting vocal chops, this track doesn’t need to hide on this EP, it will sure do a great jobs in the clubs as well and rounds off the EP perfectly.
