With the Murciélago EP, Alex Vanni delivers a powerful, club-ready release built on heavy-hitting grooves and deep, moving basslines. The title track Murciélago leans into a more introspective space, driven by rich synth chords and a moody, evolving atmosphere that draws listeners deeper into its sonic landscape.
On the flip side, Bubble Bass elevates the energy with a hypnotic drive, combining huge basslines and punchy drums to create an addictive, dancefloor-focused experience. Together, the EP strikes a balance between depth and impact – crafted for late-night sets and immersive club moments.
Alex Vanni brings decades of experience shaped by the Chicago and Detroit electronic scenes of the late ’80s and early ’90s. His early work gained support from icons such as John Digweed and Steve Lawler, while collaborations and remixes for names like Adamski, Pastaboys, and Roger Sanchez further cemented his reputation.
With continued support across the global scene – including plays from Eric Morillo at Pacha Ibiza – Alex Vanni’s sound remains rooted in authenticity while evolving with a modern edge.
The Murciélago EP stands as a testament to that legacy – hypnotic, driving, and built for the club.
