Funkagenda vs. Sultan & Ned Shepard – Astana (Mainstage Mix) [Harem Records HR042]
Harem is back for a massive spring release! Combining the forces of UK powerhouse producer/DJ Funkagenda and Harem head honchos Sultan + Ned Shepard, the cross-continental trio have created the massive progressive/tribal anthem “Astana”. Originally premiered over two years ago as part of Funk Farm’s Planet Funk Farm compliation, this trio of talented producers have gone back into the studio to give the song a reboot for the 2014 festival season, and they do not disappoint. With massive tribal drums and a hauntingly beautiful melody, this tune is one to watch! Early support from Fedde Le Grand, Tiesto, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and more!
