We Do Voodoo – You Gotta Say Yes to Another Excess [S2 Records – S2R282]
Mysterious Psy Trance Duo WE DO VOODOO will get you ready for another excess! Paying hommage to the classic tune by legendary Swiss duo YELLO, this rework of YOU GOTTA SAY YES TO ANOTHER EXCESS is bringing the inventive vibes of YELLO right into 2019.
From out the dark depths of silence a soft pluck plays a sequence and a deep wicked voice welcomes the listener with eery phrases. The beat then kicks off in a fast paced rage of sounds, including a ROLLING BASSLINE and ACID synths! TRIPPY elements backed by the vocal giving a count off like the classic retro demon who gets you in your nightmares. So you gotta say yes to this track and not fall asleep or else We Do Voodoo will get you!
