Jaques Le Noir – Aztek EP [PinkStar Black – PSB121]
The first track, AZTEK contains a dreamy atmosphere padding pulling one back in time to a mystical jungle of lush soft synths, jingling shear cymbals, where the indigenous people praise the sound god, JAQUES LE NOIR. This versatile producer then takes the listener on yet another time traveling journey for his second track, BALI where things get more lively with funky guitar riffs and energetic drums playing by palm trees on the beach. After peaking we cool off in the nether which is where the 3rd track, POLTERGEIST takes us. This final beat contains ominous strings, rumbling basses, and mystical choir voices. So strap in and be blown away by this adventurous EP!
