Artist of the Week: Vanever

New track ‘Que Rico‘ – Out on May 23th via Sonoros.

Vanever (real name Stijn Van Nijverseel) is tipped as an exciting rising talent from Belgium in the electronic music world. He has been honing his craft since he started DJing at college parties, and later moved to South Africa, where he worked with the most influential South African DJs and producers from SAE and Red Bull studios.

In 2015, he began touring internationally with Blue, the legendary boy band who have sold 15 million records, as the opening act on their 17-gig sold-out tour, finishing with a performance at the Roundhouse in London. His driving house basslines and Afro rhythms have recently been making people dance everywhere from Ibiza to Amsterdam (ADE), but the highlights of his career so far are his performance at Tomorrowland Belgium in 2024 and his memorable four-hour Afro house and house set at D-Club in Lausanne, after which Hugel took over the decks.

New tracks are on the way from Vanever, who will be visiting your town very soon to get you dancing.
