Austin Hal debuts on Enormous Chills with “Cobalt Blue”, a vibrant and groovy track built around a standout synth lead and playful vocal chops. Balancing chill vibes with danceable energy, the track hits that sweet spot between laid-back and uplifting—perfect for open-air dance floors or easy-going moments under the sun.
The title pays tribute to the Modal Cobalt 8 synth that inspired the melody—its blue casing and warm tone setting the creative direction from the start. Once the main chords took shape, the rest of the track came together naturally, resulting in a smooth, feel-good groove that flows effortlessly from start to finish. “Cobalt Blue” is melodic house with personality: colourful, inviting, and full of character.
