This is the best summer introduction EP that we could have ever imagined: Brazilian newcomer NYTRON demonstrates his incredible productions skills. His love for the current disco music and the distinctive flavor for smooth retro sounds and beats make him definitely an artist to watch out this year. Let us take you on a ride through the young world of nu-disco club music.
NEVER GIVE UP is the perfect example for a midsummer anthem and represents the artist’s melodic side as well as it is a truly funky result of a fresh piano chords, crispy “neo-80s-synth” sounds and well sorted vocal chops combination.
With ON MY MIND the artist follows the melodic disco path but adds a fresh portion of club vibes to it by programming an arpeggio like chunky bass line, that gives the rhythm section a groovy taste. The hypnotic breakdown teases with an epic intense that finally emerges with the pounding kick and bass line combination and the classy male vocal licks.
SOMETHING THAT U NEED closes this strong EP. A vocal disco track that also carries the sun within the fresh beat sections and it’s uplifting bass line textures. We’re already craving for more. What about you?
