Dinka’s top selling track POLARITY was one of our highlights on Unreleased Digital in 2012. In cooperation with the artist we’ve set up a remix contest to give this track the well deserved exposure with some new remixes and interpretations.
The winning remix comes from french-canadian producer team ALEX WACKII & JULIAN WESS. Those two upcoming producers delivered a fantastic uplifting progressive house version. Having some dirty dutch leads going on in the start drop, as well as a glitchy percussion line. In the breakdown they uncover the beautiful melody of the original with some dubstep like break beats underneath.
From the remix contest we decided to give two other tracks the chance to appear on the package, as there were some really strong remixes that have contributed: ANVESI came up with a proper big room remix that caught our attention right away. Good quality progressive house!
On the deeper progressive side we chose the remix of WALKO to be a part on the package too.The adding of a catchy electric guitar hook line made this mix stand out from a few others.
Israeli based DJ and producer team FERI & MULTI have captured our attention since quiet a while. We’re glad they are a part of this amazing pack, and come up with a dirtier version. Some more electro generic sounds are going on in the drops, as well as the chord melodies that turn the break downs in big euphoric raving parts.
JACKLNDN did an edit even before the remix contest has been set up. He took the parts from the original and made his own bootleg remix. We liked it that much that we decided to give this amazing indie dance mix also a chance on the release.
Last but not least, swiss based deep house act DBMM come along with a huge deep house remix. Slightly different to the previous mixes, but, for sure, a guaranteed floor filler remix for any opening set.
