Our voice will be heard! That’s for sure. If we yell loud enough and put sense behind our words, WE’LL BE HEARD. So let me try to break out of the lyrical patterns that I usually follow.
Once there was a boy, his name was CALIPPO. Not really a decent name for a kid that didn’t like popsicles. But there he was, little Calippo with his lactose intolerance and a strong dislike for popsicles. When he turned 18 and got kicked out of the university he had to make a living somehow, so he went to London and worked as a bouncer. He ate steroids to build up muscles, hoping people would respect his words at the doors of the clubs when he refused them to enter the clubs because of some dress code issues. Because of abusing steroids he forgot that he doesn’t like popsicles and by accident he invented such when he forgot his steroids in the freezer and licked on the frozen stick the morning after. “Hmm, tasty”, he thought. The now grown up boy sold the recipe to Frisco and let them call it Calippo. After he received a cashier’s check of 1 million dollars for the absolute rights to use and produce the recipe, he decided to make music and start to produce house tracks.
